EMS (Enterprise Made Simple) works across the Tees Valley, North East of England and beyond.
Established in 2008, we are focussed on using Enterprise and Enterprising solutions to make a difference in people’s lives, in businesses and in communities.
Our company ethos is built on using Enterprise as the conduit for change and a big part of what we do is built upon inspiring individuals and businesses to start, build, grow and sustain.
We are committed to bringing the best of the world to the businesses and organisations we work with and on their behalf. We currently deliver in a number of key areas:
Business Start Up – encouraging and inspiring people who may or may not have a business idea. We work with individuals who would like to start trading as a freelancer or one person business, larger businesses or those just looking to supplement their incomes with a part time or 5 to 9 type business.
Our business advisors are experienced at running businesses themselves and we have a company ethos that says “anyone who works with us will leave inspired and enthused with ideas and focus”
We deliver pre-start one to one support alongside tailored workshop delivery and our Eureka programme for those that are currently facing unemployment or redundancy.
Our workshops for business start-up are delivered on an accredited and non- accredited basis.
Whilst we know raising money is hard to start a business our advisors are on hand to navigate those tricky waters with knowledge of grant funding, loan funding and other ways of raising finance to start and sustain an amazing small business.
Starting your own business is a journey and those initial steps are often the most difficult. That’s why we support you, every step of the way.From start up business advice whilst you consider your options and affordable options to fund your startup, to step by step guides to get you up-and-running, and mentoring after you start trading.
Business Growth – we deliver this in both a training and a consultancy format, both accredited and non-accredited along with coaching on a one to one and one to many basis.
